APK2950W Online Monitoring System for VOCs in Water

Product Introduction

APK2950W is an online monitoring system used for measuring VOCs in water. The water sample enters the VOCs separation unit through an automatic sampling system. The separation unit has two forms to choose from: blowdown capture and thin film extraction. Users can choose one according to the water quality and monitoring requirements. The separated VOCs are captured and concentrated at low temperature by a thermal desorption unit and desorbed at high temperature before being injected into the subsequent GC or GC-MS analysis unit for VOCs automatic detection, analysis, and data upload, achieving online monitoring of VOCs in water. This system complies with the requirements of the US EPA (EPA-502.2, EPA-524.2) and relevant Chinese standards (HJ639-2012, HJ686-2014), and can provide corresponding solutions according to different monitoring requirements of users. The entire process of system operation is automated, without the need for manual supervision, and can provide users with accurate and reliable real-time online monitoring data.

System Characteristics

When users choose to use a blow and capture unit for VOCs separation, the system has two sets of blow and capture devices that can be switched freely to ensure the continuous operation of the online monitoring system. Corresponding solutions can be provided according to different monitoring requirements of users to achieve real-time online continuous monitoring. The entire process does not require manual operation. The detection limit of VOCs can reach PPT level. The pre concentration system adopts Peltier refrigeration and does not require refrigerant system to reserve analysis unit interfaces. It can be docked with GC or GC-MS from various brands such as Agilent, PerkinElmer, Shimadzu, Thermo, Scion, etc. as needed
