The AV4151 series modulation domain analyzer is a high-performance comprehensive measurement instrument launched by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation 41. It has the measurement function of continuous wave and pulse modulation carrier frequency relative time variation, as well as the measurement functions of time interval, pulse frequency, period, high pulse, low pulse, duty cycle, and phase; Provide analysis functions such as trajectory chart, histogram display, and statistics. This product combines the characteristics of large bandwidth of counting chips, good scalability of programmable logic devices, and fast digital interpolation speed.
