AVU series impact specimen notch tensile machine (hydraulic, manual)

This series of manual (or hydraulic) structures can be configured with either a V-shaped or U-shaped 2mm notch puller according to user requirements. Two hydraulic cutters are also equipped, and the sample notch is processed and formed in one go. The operation is extremely simple and reliable, and the processed V-shaped notch and U-shaped notch (2mm) can meet the domestic standard requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials"; Due to the principle of one-time cutting and forming, its processing consistency is excellent, ensuring that the gap of the processed sample is 100% of the lily grid.

This series of products can currently be divided into two types in China: manual punching machine for impact specimen notches (single blade) and hydraulic punching machine for impact specimen notches (double blade)

Hydraulic lathe, the main motor drives the nut to rotate and the screw to move up and down, driving the installation ofUTheVThe guide rail of the type puller is used to complete the tool lifting and cutting process.

The lubrication motor rotates, driving the coaxial gear pump to rotate. The pumped oil is throttled and sent to the guide rail for lubrication, while cooling the cutting edge of the puller
