Main performance characteristics of AW series pneumatic actuators
1. The AW series pneumatic actuators are divided into double acting and single acting (spring reset) types, with 2 split cylinders. Easy to manufacture large-sized cylinder blocks. Meet the needs of various large rotary valves.
2. The output torque is large, the action is flexible and balanced, the inner wall of the cylinder body and the piston shaft are plated with hard chrome, which has good anti friction properties. All moving parts are equipped with oil-free lubrication shafts and guide rings to reduce the friction coefficient and extend the service life. The U-shaped curve characteristic of AW pneumatic actuators is more suitable for large-diameter ball valves and butterfly valves in terms of output torque.
3. The sliding device made of low friction materials avoids direct contact between metals.
4. The bottom fixing hole facilitates the connection and alignment of the actuator and valve, in accordance with ISO5211/DIN3337 standards.
5. The bottom assembly hole is square shaped, which is easy to connect with the valve stem and can be rotated 45 degrees for installation.
6. Rotation angle: Double acting=90 °, single acting=90 °, adjustable angle ± 5 ° from both ends.
7. Working environment temperature: -20 ℃~80 ℃.
8. Air source: clean air that is filtered, dried, or lubricated with oil, with a minimum pressure of 0.1Mpa and a pressure of 1Mpa.
9. Basic design: Pneumatic dual cylinder dual piston shift fork transmission mechanism. Model AW=Double acting; Model AWS=single acting (spring reset).
10. The AW series pneumatic device is suitable for valves with 90 ℃ rotation (1/4 rotation). Such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, etc. This product is designed and manufactured according to JIS standards, and the connection part with the valve adopts international standard ISO5211.
