Acid alkali waste gas absorption towerIt is a device used to treat acidic or alkaline harmful gases in industrial waste gas, which achieves purification through acid-base neutralization reaction. ‌

working principle

After entering the absorption tower, the exhaust gas undergoes a chemical reaction with the neutralizing solution such as sodium hydroxide sprayed (such as HCl+NaOH → NaCl+H ₂ O), and is fully contacted through multi-stage packing layers and spray systems, ultimately achieving standard discharge. ‌

main structure

Tower body: made of carbon steel or fiberglass material, with a vertical cylindrical structure, equipped with air inlet, exhaust pipe and defogging device. ‌

Packing layer: Provides gas-liquid contact surface, commonly used high-efficiency packing materials such as ball rings and saddle rings. ‌

Spray system: Neutralizing liquid is sprayed from the top to form a liquid film that comes into reverse contact with the exhaust gas. ‌
