Acid and alkali resistant PP filtration tankIt is woven from specially made manganese nickel alloy fibers, and after special surface strength and hardness treatment, it is formed by rolling and pressing with molds. Its characteristics are as follows:

1. Temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good conductivity, high strength, long service life, low resistance, dual effects of strengthening electrostatic capture and filtering dust interception, and smooth surface with good dust removal effect.

2. The conductive filter slot is installed at the rear of the electric field, at the exhaust end of each row of dust collection plates, parallel to the dust collection plates and at the same height. Each layer of filter slot will generate a certain resistance, which is also conducive to the uniformity of airflow distribution in each electric field.

3. The width and permeability of the conductive filter tank can be determined according to the requirements of dust removal efficiency and equipment resistance. Increasing the width and decreasing the permeability will increase the resistance, and the dust removal efficiency will be significantly improved.

Operation protection: Wear gloves and goggles to prevent liquid splashing or contact with harmful substances; When dealing with volatile liquids, it is necessary to operate in a fume hood.

Regular inspection: Check the tank body, filter plate, seals, and connecting pipes weekly, promptly repair cracks or aging components, and avoid leakage risks.

Cleaning and maintenance: Rinse the equipment with clean water after each use, and use specialized cleaning agents for stubborn stains; Avoid using strong acids, strong bases, or organic solvents to prevent material damage.

Storage standard: When idle, store in a dry, ventilated, and dark place, away from sources of fire and high-temperature objects, to prevent equipment deformation or chemical corrosion.

Vacuum degree control: Adjust the vacuum degree according to the properties of the sample to avoid filter material rupture or liquid boiling; Before closing the vacuum system, first open the air valve to balance the pressure and prevent backflow.

Avoid dry pumping: Ensure that there is enough liquid in the tank before starting the vacuum pump to prevent equipment overheating or damage to the vacuum pump.
