The gas is pressurized or sucked into the inlet section by a centrifugal fan, and then flows upward to the first layer of filter material, where it reacts with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the second layer nozzle. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the filter layer, where it comes into contact with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the stage nozzle, undergoes a neutralization reaction again, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the cyclone plate, hood, exhaust pipe or fan.

Easy to produce, convenient for installation and maintenance, high strength, and small footprint. The spraying form adopts three-layer packing and three-stage spraying to ensure full contact between gas and liquid, improve purification efficiency. This tower can use fiberglass centrifugal fans and anti-corrosion water pumps. When the processing air volume is above 10000 cubic meters, two water pumps can meet the design requirements.

The acid mist exhaust gas purification tower can be equipped with an online gas analyzer. The control system consists of a pH control meter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure sensor, flow sensor, conductivity meter, liquid level control meter, solenoid valve, frequency converter, and control cabinet. The above control conditions are displayed in digital form on the monitor, making it easy for management personnel to understand at a glance, and with fault alarms for easy management and maintenance.

Installation, maintenance and upkeep of acid mist exhaust gas purification tower:

1. Users should ensure that the installation surface of the foundation is on the same horizontal plane according to the basic information diagram provided by our company. The bottom of the fiberglass purification tower should be fixed with bolts or brackets on the embedded steel plate of the foundation.

2. When installing the fan, precautions should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the fan. After the installation of the purification tower, the pollutants inside the tower should be collected before the test run.

3. Due to the flammability of fiberglass, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance.

4. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be maintained within the range of 2-6%, and NaOH solution should be added. The waste liquid in the storage tank should be replaced according to the actual usage situation.

5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should be protected from rain.

6. There is a dedicated person responsible for managing the fiberglass purification tower, regularly checking whether the fan is running normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, whether the concentration of NaOH solution is within the specified range, etc. If any problems are found, they should be solved in a timely manner.

7. To ensure the liquid level in the storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising or falling when the fan is turned on or off, after turning on the fan, open the float water supply valve. Before turning off the fan, close the float water supply valve first. The static liquid level height should be controlled at around 650mm above the ground.

8. The metal bracket of the purification tower shall undergo anti-corrosion treatment at least twice a year.
