Overview
The activated carbon packing density meter is used to measure the packing density of activated carbon and impregnated carbon. It generates electromagnetic vibration energy through an electromagnet that passes a half wave rectified current, causing the vibrator to produce a uniform equi vibration. The sample in the funnel is uniformly added to the measuring cylinder through vibration.

The instrument must be installed on a workbench that is not affected by any vibration.
Before use, the instrument should be turned on for testing to see if the vibrator has an overall vibration amplitude and if the vibration amplitude is appropriate. Otherwise, the nuts on the four bolts connecting the vibrator to the electromagnetic shell can be adjusted to achieve the ideal working state.
Maintenance and upkeep of activated carbon packing density testing device:
The instrument should maintain the smoothness of the vibrator during use to avoid collision deformation. If the vibration amplitude adjustment is ineffective, in addition to eliminating electrical faults, the elastic sleeve that maintains the vibration can be replaced.
