Structure and characteristics:
1. This product is a flexible tubular aerator made of synthetic fiber reinforced improved plastic material.

Design reference suggestion:
1. Technical parameter values during design: aeration rate of 3m3/m.h, oxygen utilization rate of 12%.
2. The distance between the hose and the bottom of the pool is generally 300-500mm, and the distance between the hoses is 500mm. It can be designed according to different conditions such as water quality, load removal, and oxygen demand.
3. Within a certain range, multiple aeration hoses (generally not exceeding 10) can be connected to the same air distribution pipe to form a group, controlled by a valve. In order to ensure uniform air supply to all aeration pipes in the group, the diameter of the air distribution pipe should be appropriately enlarged.
4. When using aeration hoses in activated sludge processes, especially in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) treatment units, it is recommended to add sewage measures in the design to allow for the discharge of sludge from the pipes if necessary.
