Working principle

Pure tap water enters the humidification tank through the inlet valve, and the water level gradually rises and comes into contact with the electric level. The current forms a circuit through the trace salt in the water, heating and boiling the water. The longer the water level rises, the greater the current flowing through the electric level. When the set current is reached, the inlet valve closes, and steam begins to be generated. As the steam is generated, the water level continues to decrease. When the humidification current is less than 80% of the humidification current, the inlet valve opens again to enter the water and clean the humidification tank. This cycle of work stops when the humidity value is reached.

Cleaning and maintenance of steam drum

When the humidification capacity of the electrode humidifier does not reach the predetermined humidification capacity, if other components are working normally, it means that the steam drum needs to be cleaned.

Here are the cleaning steps and precautions:

1. Remove the shell, remove the connectors, and take off the upper part of the steam drum.

2. Remove all scale and impurities from the steam drum.

3. Tap the heating electrode to remove the scale on the electrode, allowing a small portion to remain.

4. Check the upper water level detector of the steam drum and rinse to remove any impurities attached to it.

5. Rinse the filter in the steam drum.

6. After cleaning, simply install it and check if it is functioning properly.
