Air filter detectionIt mainly includes multiple tests such as filtration efficiency, resistance, and dust holding capacity to ensure its effectiveness and reliability in removing air pollutants.
Testing content:
1. Filtration efficiency testing: This is a key indicator for evaluating the performance of air filters. By simulating actual environmental conditions, the filtering effect of the filter on particles of different sizes (such as PM2.5, PM10, etc.) is tested. Usually, particle counters are used to measure the concentration changes of particulate matter before and after filtration to calculate efficiency.
2. Resistance test: Determine the resistance of an air filter to airflow at a certain wind speed, and evaluate whether it can maintain low operating energy consumption while ensuring filtration efficiency. The lower the resistance, the better the performance of the filter.
3. Dust holding capacity detection: To examine the ability of an air filter to maintain normal operation even after holding a certain amount of dust. This test helps to understand the service life and maintenance cycle of the filter.
4. Stability tests such as temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance: to test the stability and durability of air filters under different environmental conditions, ensuring that they can still work normally under high temperature, high humidity, and other conditions.
5. Structural strength and sealing testing: Ensure that the filter will not deform or leak during installation and use, and guarantee the integrity of its overall structure.
6. Noise detection: For air filters equipped with fans and other devices, it is necessary to test whether their operating noise meets relevant standards to ensure comfort during use.
