Structural characteristics of American standard corrugated pipe gate valve:
Flange connected American standard corrugated pipe gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with nominal pressure of CLASS150-900LBS and working temperature of -29~350 ℃. The main structural characteristics of American standard bellows gate valves are: 1. Reasonable product structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance; 2. The sealing surface is welded with Co based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, friction resistance, and long service life; 3. The valve stem undergoes quenching and surface nitriding treatment, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and friction resistance; 4. Double sealing, more reliable performance; 5. Valve stem lifting position indication, more intuitive; 6. The material and flange of the parts, as well as the size of the welding end, can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
