American standard turbine transmission ball valve Q341F
The Q347F manual turbine fixed ball valve is a new generation high-performance ball valve suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments have been specially considered in the design. Fixed ball valves are suitable for various corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with floating ball valves, fixed ball valves transmit all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball to the bearing during operation, which does not cause the ball to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, fixed ball valves have smaller torque, smaller valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and longer service life, making them suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications.
Advanced spring pre seat components with self tightening characteristics achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two valve seats, which can seal in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation, and it is bi-directional. Fixed ball valves are generally installed horizontally.

There are no PTFE bearings on both the upper and lower valve stems, reducing wear and making operation effortless. There are no adjustment plates at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full bore: The valve flow aperture is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline for pipeline cleaning. Applicable media: water, gas, oil, natural gas, and acid-base corrosive media.
3、 Q347F Manual Turbine Fixed Ball Valve Product Features:
1. Long service life, the sealing ring is made of self-lubricating polytetrafluoroethylene material. The sphere and sealing ring are slightly worn, effectively improving their service life;

1) Before operation, it is necessary to confirm that the pipelines and valves have been flushed.
2) When the direction indicator arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the valve is in the open state; When the arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the valve is in the closed state.
