Detection principle:
Ammonia gas detectorThe principle of action is based on measuring the thermal conductivity of the nitriding furnace atmosphere to determine the concentration of H2, which indirectly indicates the ammonia decomposition rate. The decomposition rate of NH3 can be indirectly detected by detecting the concentration of H2 in nitrogen gas with a concentration ratio of 75% H225% after the decomposition of NH3 chemical formula NH3 *. H2 concentration detection is generally carried out through the principle of thermal conductivity. Different gases have different thermal conductivities. The thermal conductivity of a mixed gas is approximately equal to the arithmetic mean of the thermal conductivity of each component. Among them, H2 has a high thermal conductivity, so measuring the thermal conductivity of the mixed gas can determine the concentration of H2, and then calculate the ammonia decomposition rate of the furnace gas.
