System Composition

The system consists of a straight tube sampling probe, a blowback control system, a gas analysis unit, a heat tracing pipeline, a pre-treatment and sampling device, an installation cabinet, and a control system. The straight tube sampling probe includes a straight tube probe and a control valve; The preprocessing and sampling device consists of filtration adsorption device, filtration device, gas water separation and gas drying device, gas diversion device, precision filtration device, etc. Gas analysis instruments can complete the analysis of furnace gasCO、CO2、CH4、H2、Accurate measurement,. The installation of cabinets and control systems is mainly carried out by MitsubishiComposed of PLC control devices, solenoid valves, and other control devices.

System working principle

Referring to the system principle flowchart, the three-way switching valve can be used to switch the gas path for sampling and calibration on the furnace gas pipeline.

Open the sampling switch ball valve on the pipeline and perform sampling operations through the touch screen human-machine exchange interface. Divided into automatic mode and manual mode:

Set the sampling time for each channel in automatic mode, and the system can run automatically to cyclically monitor the gas content at each monitoring point. In manual mode, individual detection and analysis can be performed on any monitoring point.
