precautions
1. Before the first operation, sufficient clean water must be added to the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to run the machine empty, otherwise the burette will not supply material.
2. After the equipment stops titrating and adding materials, the water injector should continue to work for more than 1 hour to fully extract the CO2 dioxide in the reactor, in order to prevent gas from overflowing from the inlet pipe.
3. If the power water source suddenly stops running, the valve under the burette should be immediately closed.
4. Hydrochloric acid is a strong acid, and operators should wear protective gloves; Raw material NaCLO3 is prohibited from being stored together with various acidic substances and kept away from sources of fire.
5. The water tank of the equipment temperature control system should be regularly replenished to prevent damage to the heater. The temperature controller is equipped with a protective device. When the water in the water tank is at the set position, the yellow display light of the temperature controller lights up, and water should be replenished immediately.
6. Chlorine dioxide solution has strong oxidizing properties, with an effective chlorine content of 1-1.5g/1l and a pH value of 0.45-0.55. Therefore, the soft plastic pipes of the equipment are prone to aging and poorly sealed, and should be regularly inspected and replaced.
7. The sediment in the reactor should be cleaned regularly. If the liquid level displayed on the reactor level tube exceeds the normal limit, it indicates that there is too much sediment. It should be washed and cleaned immediately, and the quality of the raw materials should be checked.
8. The drip counter, raw material pipeline, and water injector are prone to blockage when the raw materials contain impurities. Attention should be paid to cleaning and dredging, and the sediment in the raw material tank should be regularly cleaned. There is a drainage outlet at the back of the raw material tank.
9. This device is heated by a water bath. When the device is not in use, please drain the heating water and reaction solution from the drain valve and drain valve respectively to prevent freezing and damage to the device when the temperature drops below 0 ℃. If the equipment is used intermittently, to prevent the heating water and reaction solution from freezing, the temperature control box can be kept working continuously.
