The correct installation and connection work is the key to ensuring the efficient and stable operation of fiberglass fans. 1、 Preparation work 1 Choose the appropriate fan model: Select the appropriate model based on the usage environment (such as corrosiveness, temperature, etc.) and working requirements (such as wind volume, wind pressure, etc.). Ensure that the selected fan meets all technical requirements and has sufficient corrosion resistance. 2. Check the fan components: Before starting the installation, carefully inspect whether each component of the fan is intact and undamaged. This includes inspecting the impeller, bearings, motor, and casing for any damage or defects during transportation.
The correct installation and connection work is the key to ensuring the efficient and stable operation of fiberglass fans.
1、 Preparation work
1. Choose the appropriate fan model: Select the appropriate model based on the operating environment (such as corrosiveness, temperature, etc.) and working requirements (such as wind volume, wind pressure, etc.).
3. Prepare necessary tools and: Prepare corresponding tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, etc.) and auxiliary materials (such as bolts, nuts, washers, sealants, etc.) according to installation needs.
4. Determine installation location: Determine the exact installation location and direction of the fan based on the airflow direction and spatial conditions. Consider the convenience of maintenance and operation, while ensuring that the fan is kept at an appropriate distance from the heat source and vibration source.

2、 Installation process
When the imported device has a circular pipeline, the pipeline should be directly and smoothly connected to the fan to avoid the reduction of flow area caused by tortuous pipelines, as well as the generation of turbulent flow zones and pressure losses, and to reduce system noise. To prevent foreign objects from being sucked into the pipeline and causing blockages that prevent the entire pipeline system from functioning properly, protective nets should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline.
The mature method for dealing with impeller wear is thermal spraying technology, which uses special means to transform wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials such as metals or ceramics into high-temperature and high-speed particle flows, spraying them onto the surface of the impeller blades to form a strong coating with much higher wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance than the impeller itself. This can not only reduce the damage to the dynamic balance of the impeller caused by wear, but also alleviate the imbalance problem caused by the formation of the oxide layer.
The functional inspection content for the end of demand of fiberglass fan products includes mechanical function, thermal function, chemical function, and other testing items. In terms of mechanical function testing, it is necessary to end the testing of tensile function, bending function, and compression function. In thermal function testing, it is necessary to end the testing of functions such as thermal deformation temperature, thermal conductivity, and linear expansion coefficient.
When installing the fan, it is necessary to first check whether the connection of each part is firm, whether the rotation is sensitive, and whether there are any debris inside the casing. After the installation is completed, it is also necessary to check whether any installation tools have been forgotten inside the fan, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the fan and even pose a threat to its performance.
The trial operation can only be carried out after the device is completed and all parts are normal. During the trial operation, the current must be strictly controlled and cannot exceed the rated value. To avoid motor burnout due to overload, start and test run under no-load conditions.

3、 Precautions
1. Adhere to safety regulations: Strictly follow relevant safety regulations throughout the installation process, especially when working at heights and using electrical equipment.
2. Environmental considerations: Considering that although fiberglass has good corrosion resistance, it still needs to be protected in specific chemical environments. Confirm the chemical properties of the installation environment and take additional protective measures as needed.
3. Regular maintenance: After installation, develop a regular inspection and maintenance plan, pay attention to the operation status of the fan, and promptly clean the debris and corrosive deposits inside the impeller and casing.
