(1) Release the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic system before operation.

(2) Use a wrench to remove the hydraulic filter element, then remove the filter cup and filter element.

(3) First, install the hydraulic oil filter onto the filter seat.

(4) Apply a layer of lubricating oil on the O-ring seal of the new hydraulic oil filter element before installation.

Hydraulic filter element is a part of the pipeline series that transports media. It is usually installed in the inlet filtration of hydraulic systems to filter out metal particles, pollutants, and other impurities in the fluid medium, which can protect the normal operation of equipment. When the fluid enters the filter, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is required, simply remove the hydraulic filter element from the filter, treat it with industrial fluid, and then install it.
