Product Details
Aoyang high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate needle punched blanketAluminum silicate needle punched blanket is made by melting high-quality gemstones at a high temperature of over 2000 degrees Celsius and solidifying them with other additives. It has many special properties, such as good extensibility, strong earthquake resistance, light weight, good insulation, strong stability, and does not deform at high temperatures of thousands of degrees. Therefore, it is often used in various fields such as chemical industry, construction industry, electronics industry, aerospace industry, industry, air conditioning and refrigeration.

Aoyang high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate needle punched blanketIt is a refractory insulation material made from aluminum silicate fibers, which has excellent high temperature resistance, thermal insulation performance, and chemical stability. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, power and other fields.

The core material of aluminum silicate needle punched blanket is aluminum silicate fiber (Al ₂ SiO ₅), which is made of high-purity alumina and silica melted at high temperature and spun into fibers. The fiber diameter is usually 3-5 microns and the length is 50-200 millimeters. The fibers are interwoven in three dimensions through needle punching technology to form a stable mesh structure. This process does not require adhesives, avoiding performance degradation caused by organic matter volatilization at high temperatures. According to different operating temperatures, it can be divided into three categories: standard type (1050 ℃), high-purity type (1100 ℃), and high aluminum type (1260 ℃).
