Application of Hunan DTRO Process Principle in Electroplating Wastewater Treatment
Membrane separation is a process that utilizes the selective permeability of semi permeable membranes to allow some small molecular components to pass through the membrane, while large molecules are trapped by the membrane to achieve solid-liquid separation. Membrane separation includes microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis. There are many engineering examples of using membrane separation method to treat leachate from garbage, among which DTRO membrane is the main one.
DTRO membrane technology is currently one of the main technologies in the treatment of leachate from garbage. The surface of the membrane element guide plate is designed with convex points, which makes the feed liquid present a turbulent state during the flow process and enhances the anti pollution ability of the membrane element. The DTRO membrane can effectively remove pollutants without relying on pretreatment processes. With an independent filter membrane element design, when the membrane is contaminated, some DTRO membranes and guide disks can be replaced according to the actual situation to reduce system consumables costs. DTRO membrane can treat wastewater and feed solutions with high turbidity and high sand content, and can tolerate high suspended solids and SDI, ensuring that the effluent quality meets national discharge standards.
