Aquaculture wastewater treatment air flotation equipment
Aquaculture wastewater treatment air flotation equipmentIt is a device specifically designed for treating aquaculture wastewater, mainly using air flotation to remove suspended solids, organic matter and other impurities in the water, achieving the goal of water purification. The aquaculture wastewater treatment air flotation machine is skilled in treating pollutants such as suspended particles, organic matter, and nitrogen compounds in aquaculture wastewater. The air flotation machine removes solid particles, suspended solids, and other pollutants from aquaculture wastewater in the form of microbubbles, while achieving water resource recycling, energy conservation, and reducing pollutant emissions.

Characteristics of Aquaculture Tail Water Treatment Air Floatation Machine:
Efficient processing capability: Air flotation machines can efficiently treat aquaculture wastewater, especially for low temperature, low turbidity, and algae containing wastewater, such as shrimp, bullfrogs, fish ponds, and other aquaculture wastewater. It can quickly and effectively solve the difficult to precipitate impurities in wastewater, with strong treatment capacity and high efficiency.
Small footprint: The process and equipment composition of the air flotation machine are simple, with a small footprint, making it suitable for treatment plants with limited space. This enables it to exert tremendous efficiency within a limited space, saving valuable processing site resources.
Easy to operate: The process and equipment structure of the air flotation machine are simple and clear, making it easy to operate and maintain. Daily use and regular maintenance do not require professional personnel to expend too much energy, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs and difficulties.
Multifunctionality: The air flotation machine can not only remove suspended solids, reduce turbidity and ammonia nitrogen content, but also increase dissolved oxygen in water through aeration, providing favorable conditions for subsequent biological treatment. In addition, it can effectively eliminate sludge expansion, remove surfactants and odors.
Wide application range: Air flotation machines are not only suitable for the treatment of aquaculture wastewater, but also widely used in the treatment of papermaking wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, electroplating wastewater, as well as suspended solids separation, oil-water separation and purification, coagulation reaction floc separation, activated sludge separation and other fields such as food industry, oil refining industry, textile industry, slaughter industry, etc.

Aquaculture wastewater treatment with air flotation machineSteps:
Medication reaction: After the shrimp aquaculture wastewater enters the air flotation tank, chemical reagents such as activated carbon, coagulants, and coagulants are added to improve the air flotation effect and remove suspended particles and organic matter from the water.
Mixing: The reagent reacts with water to produce a large number of tiny bubbles, forming a microbubble mixture.
Adsorption: During the rising process of bubbles, particles in the water are adsorbed and brought to the surface, forming a floating slag layer.
Discharge: The scum layer is scraped off, and the treated clean water is refluxed for use as dissolved air water. The remaining part is returned to the pond to provide a clean water source for the next round of aquaculture.
Design principle of aquaculture effluent treatment air flotation machine:
The main design principle of the aquaculture wastewater treatment air flotation machine is to use a dissolved air system to generate a large number of fine bubbles, so that air adheres to suspended particles in the form of fine bubbles, and uses the principle of buoyancy to achieve solid-liquid separation. Specifically, the air flotation machine uses microbubble technology to float particles and pollutants in water to the surface, and then removes them with a scraper. This design can effectively remove suspended solids and impurities in the tailwater, significantly improving water quality.
The technical module of the aquaculture wastewater treatment air flotation machine mainly includes the following parts:
Dissolved air system: The core of the air flotation machine lies in its dissolved air system, which introduces compressed air into a container containing the wastewater to be treated, causing the air to quickly dissolve in the water under high pressure and reach saturation. Subsequently, the pressure inside the container is reduced, and supersaturated gas precipitates in the form of tiny bubbles with diameters typically between 20-100 microns, exhibiting good dispersibility and stability.
Bubble attachment mechanism: These tiny bubbles attach to suspended particles through physical adsorption and chemical reactions. Physical adsorption is due to the positive charge on the surface of bubbles, while most organic and inorganic particles carry negative charges. The electrostatic attraction between the two forces promotes the binding of bubbles and particles. In addition, chemical agents such as coagulants can alter the surface properties of particles, enhance their hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity, and promote the contact between bubbles and particles.
Solid liquid separation: bubbles attached with pollutants slowly rise to the water surface under the effect of buoyancy, forming a thick layer of foam. This layer of foam can be collected and discharged out of the system through scraper, oil skimmer and other mechanical devices. At the same time, purified water flows out from the bottom to achieve solid-liquid separation.
Operation of Aquaculture Tail Water Treatment Floating Machine:
Start the dissolved air system: Activate the dissolved air system of the air flotation machine. The dissolved air system mainly dissolves air into water to form dissolved air water. Usually, air is compressed into a dissolved gas tank through an air compressor, and the air is fully dissolved in water at a certain pressure (usually 0.3-0.5MPa).
Inlet operation: Slowly introduce the pre treated and water quality regulated aquaculture effluent into the reaction chamber of the air flotation machine. The inflow rate should be reasonably controlled according to the processing capacity of the air flotation machine.
Release of dissolved gas water: In the reaction chamber, release the dissolved gas water from the dissolved gas tank through a release device. When dissolved water is released, a large number of tiny bubbles will be generated, which will adhere to suspended particles in the tailwater.
Flocculation reaction: Depending on the quality of the effluent, coagulants can be added to the reaction chamber. Coagulants can condense small particles in water into larger flocs, facilitating the attachment and buoyancy of bubbles. Common coagulants include polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM).
Scum collection and treatment: Bubbles attached with suspended particles will float to the water surface, forming scum. Collect the floating slag into the floating slag tank through a scraper. Scum is mainly composed of organic impurities and can be composted or transported to specialized waste disposal sites for treatment.
Clear water discharge: The clean water treated by air flotation flows out from the bottom or side of the air flotation machine.
