The AutoVicky ZHV-1000A comes standard with the iVicky 5.0 fully automatic measurement system, which combines high-resolution industrial cameras, an electric X-Y platform, automatic indentation measurement, and fully automatic hardness gradient experiments to minimize human errors, improve work efficiency, and make measurements more accurate and simple.

(1) Automatic loading: The test force is automatically loaded, held, and unloaded.

(2) Automatic turret: Measure the objective lens, observe the automatic switching between the objective lens and the pressure head.
(3) Automatic platform: The system automatically controls the X-Y platform.
(4) Automatic measurement: iVicky 5.0 has a flexible software module framework that utilizes multi threading technology, autofocus technology, and image recognition technology; Automated measurement has been achieved from objective lens/indenter switching, indentation pressure, indentation measurement, hardness value calculation, to final report generation.
