2、 Working principle of high-efficiency automatic slag discharge oil-water separator:
The CYGYQ series fully automatic oil-water separator is the most advanced wheel separation technology product newly developed by our company in China. This series consists of a slag removal zone, oil-water separation zone, oil removal device, filtration zone, and sewage lifting zone.
The slag removal area is equipped with a fully automatic slag removal device. The residue and rotten leaves flowing in with the water flow are discharged from the box under the action of mechanical force and enter the storage bucket. If a slag removal basket is selected, impurities are manually poured out.
A microbubble generator is installed in the oil-water separation zone, which can generate a large number of fine and uniform microbubbles. The bubbles cover the entire water flow section, and there is no swirling phenomenon on the water surface. The oil in the wastewater is carried to the water surface by the microbubble device, causing the water and oil to separate. This product can remove more than 95% of floating oil with a particle size of 60um or more. The oil content in the effluent of the equipment can meet the third level discharge standard in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and even reach the second level discharge standard.
The oil removal device adopts wheel type oil removal, and the floating oil is pushed into the oil tank through the oil removal machine. When the ball valve is opened, the oil automatically flows to the storage bucket outside the box without manual cleaning; The oil removal area is equipped with a heating device to ensure smooth automatic oil discharge. When the oil condenses into solid oil, the electric heating device can be turned on to heat the oil into liquid state, which can achieve the function of automatic discharge from the box.
The filtration area adopts a non replaceable biochemical filter element, and the sewage enters the secondary filter for further filtration of small amounts of floating oil and trace suspended solids; To enhance the discharge area, the pump body and impeller are lifted by a specially designed stainless steel casing pump, which sends the treated sewage to the sewer or municipal pipeline network.

When the oil level in the equipment reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil scraping system will automatically work, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external oil storage tank.
