working principle
The system adopts closed-loop servo control principle. The digital controller sends out driving signals generated according to testing standards (such as ISTA, ASTM) or custom road spectra, driving high-power servo motors to produce precise rotational motion, and converting it into linear reciprocating vibration in the vertical and/or horizontal directions of the table through mechanical transmission mechanisms (such as eccentric wheels or connecting rods). The acceleration sensor installed on the table collects real-time vibration data and feeds it back to the controller. It compares and corrects it in real-time with the target signal, forming a high-precision closed-loop to ensure that the vibration waveform is highly consistent with the set value.
