B74003563 Intelligent Bearing Vibration MonitorEquipped with VB-Z9500 vibration speed sensor, it can monitor the vibration intensity of rotating machinery in both vertical and horizontal directions. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the meter head on the front panel of the instrument, and it also has standard current output. It can be matched with various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds *, the instrument can be externally connected with an audible and visual alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.


The main function is to monitor and protect the bearing vibration of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, compressors, and blowers.

Function Description:

1. Display the vibration measurement value, I value report *, II value report * set value, which can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.

When the vibration intensity exceeds the set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

3. Set the delay time function to adjust the delay time from 0 to 9 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.

4. The self diagnostic function has the ability to detect power on and power off, and disconnect the alarm output circuit, which can effectively suppress false alarms of the instrument.

5. The output interface is equipped with a current output interface, which can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.
