Brief description: BBG type internal meshing cycloidal gear pump (referred to as BBG cycloidal gear pump) is a volumetric internal meshing gear pump. The internal gear (and outer rotor) of BBG pump is a new type of gear pump with circular arc tooth shape, and the external gear (and inner rotor) is a short amplitude epitrochoid. It was jointly developed by the Mechanical Department of Jiaotong University and Shanghai Fengqi Industrial. Due to its simple structure, low noise, smooth oil delivery, good self-priming performance, and excellent high-speed characteristics, the internal cycloidal gear pump is widely used in low-pressure hydraulic systems as a power pump, lubrication pump, and cooling pump. Currently, it is gradually replacing CB type, KCB type, and ZCY type gear oil pumps.
