Main Performance Characteristics
This series of trolley furnaces consists of two parts: the furnace body and the electronic control. The furnace body mainly includes the furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace door, and trolley. The furnace shell is welded from steel plates and steel sections, and the furnace lining is composed of energy-saving ultra lightweight refractory bricks, aluminum silicate fibers, and high-quality insulation materials to form a composite furnace lining. The heating element is made of high alloy resistance wire wound in a spiral shape and placed on the furnace lining and trolley brick support; The trolley can move back and forth for easy loading and unloading of materials, and it adopts a novel automatic seal between it and the furnace shell, which improves the sealing performance; The lifting of the furnace door and the entry and exit of the trolley are both driven by an electric deceleration mechanism. The furnace floor is made of heat-resistant cast steel and can be optionally equipped with a trolley tilting unloading mechanism. The electronic control part mainly includes two parts: temperature control and operation. The temperature control adopts a domestically produced digital display AC contactor for ordinary position control, and is equipped with a recorder to record the complete process curve and can trigger an over temperature alarm; The operation adopts buttons and light display to control the entry and exit of the trolley, the on/off of heating elements, and the lifting and lowering of the furnace door. It is also equipped with a chain device. When the furnace door is raised or closed to a certain position, the trolley can move safely and reliably.
