Main Performance Characteristics
This drying oven is made of welded steel sections and plates, with the furnace body serving as the working chamber. There is a considerable thickness of insulation layer between the furnace shell and the working chamber, and the insulation is made of silicate cotton as an energy-saving insulation material, reducing the thermal conductivity of the box body shell; The workshop is equipped with heaters and air ducts on both sides, and there is a blower on the top of the workshop. The blower mechanically circulates the air inside the furnace through the air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the workshop; The top of the oven is equipped with exhaust air inlet holes. Opening the exhaust valve can change the air inside the working chamber, thereby obtaining fresh air and eliminating exhaust gas. The temperature control of the oven adopts electronic temperature regulation automatic control and thermocouple sensors.
