The slow-release sterilizer is a small and medium-sized chlorine dioxide multi-stage generator that is easy to operate, has high conversion rate, high purity, multi-purpose, and environmentally friendly chemical method. This chlorine dioxide generator is composed of a kettle reactor through acid resistant conduits and a water jet vacuum unit. The kettle reactor adopts a two-stage or multi-stage reactor. The main reactor is equipped with an air distributor, and the secondary reactor is equipped with a balance pipe to make the reaction more efficient. The residual liquid after the reaction can be discharged in compliance with the standard. The generated chlorine dioxide can be used to produce aqueous solutions, as well as stable chlorine dioxide solutions.

IIIworking principle

Slow release chlorine tablets do not dissolve quickly in water, but release chloride ions when in contact with water, taking advantage of this characteristic. Quantitatively place the chlorine tablets into an automatic slow-release sterilizer, and when they come into contact with sewage or tap water, they will flow out. The water that flows out will contain chloride ions. Utilize power water to add to the water body to be treated.

Control method:

1Automatic linkage type, linked with the lifting pump, equipped with solenoid valves. Connect the solenoid valve wiring to the lifting pump relay or contactor to start together. Can be equipped with integrated sewage treatment equipment.

2Time controlled type: Connect the solenoid valve to the time controller for intermittent or segmented operation.

3Underground type: directly connected to the outlet of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, allowing the sewage to pass through the slow-release disinfection device
