The catering wastewater containing oil and slag flows into the solid-liquid separation zone of the oil separation equipment under the action of gravity. The solids are separated in the solid-liquid separation zone, and the separated slag is stored in the slag frame; The wastewater separated from the slag enters the oil-water separation zone of the equipment, and the air flotation device is activated to effectively separate the oil and fat in the wastewater. The oil and fat are collected in the oil collection tank through the oil scraper; The sewage after slag and oil removal flows into the lifting area and is discharged into the municipal pipeline network through the sewage pump.

Equipped with automatic oil discharge device, automatic air flotation device, automatic heating temperature control device, automatic oil collection device, and mud collection and discharge device, the oil separation effect is significant.
