1、 Product Overview:

The BX-YQ10 sulfuric acid mist sampling gun is suitable for collecting and measuring sulfuric acid mist in fixed pollution source exhaust gas, and can be used in conjunction with the BX-8250F smoke sampler or similar products. Connect a glass fiber filter (or quartz fiber filter) in series with an absorption bottle containing 250ml of absorption solution to collect sulfuric acid mist samples from organized emission exhaust gas. After pre-treatment, the collected samples were separated and measured for sulfate ions using an ion chromatograph.

3、 Product features:

1. The sampling tube, S-shaped pitot tube, and platinum resistor are integrated in a modular design for the entire machine.
2. Heating the front end of the filter cartridge can effectively remove moisture and improve sampling accuracy.
3. The sampling tube is equipped with automatic heating and constant temperature throughout the process, as well as rear end ice bath condensation, and can collect sulfuric acid mist in particle, vapor, and gaseous states.
4. Equipped with a series of multiple sampling nozzles, suitable for collecting at different flow rates.
5. The length of the gun body can be customized according to customer needs.
