❀ Working principle
When the backwash water processor is in operation, the butterfly valve is in the open state, and the water flows into the instrument and equipment through the inlet. Under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic fields, the structure of the water's polymer chains is changed, and the water molecules are in a high-energy state, resulting in a decrease in the potential of the water molecules and a weakening of the electrostatic attraction between salt ions and charged particles in the water, making it difficult for them to gather together. The potential difference between water molecules and the vessel wall decreases, and various salt ions tend to disperse and not aggregate towards the vessel wall. Forming electromagnetic polarized water, this water flow forms needle shaped crystals when subjected to a hot body, becoming soft and sandy scale, which is easy to precipitate and not easy to plate on the heating surface. It can flow with the water and be smoothly discharged through the drainage channel to prevent the formation of new scale. The increase in electromagnetic polarization water permeability and dipole distance can corrode old scale, causing it to crack and fall off, and can remove old scale. At the same time, water passing through a specially structured stainless steel filter can filter out various mechanical impurities in the water, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment. When the device needs to discharge water, close the butterfly valve and open the discharge valve. The water flows through the first half of the filter screen for filtration, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows into the internal measurement through the second half of the filter screen and is discharged through the discharge outlet, playing an automatic role in flushing the filter screen. The entire process of the system can operate normally without stopping. In addition, electromagnetic polarized water can effectively kill bacteria, algae, and other microorganisms in water, and effectively inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms in water. The metal ions on the wall of the device are suppressed, which has a corrosion-resistant effect on the scale free system.
