Structure composition of electric furnace bag filter:
1. Body: It consists of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper component, an inspection door, a bracket, etc.
2. Dust collection and filtration system: mainly composed of dust collector bag, dust collector frame, flower plate components, and inlet air distribution system.
3. Spray cleaning and ash unloading system: mainly composed of gas pipelines, electromagnetic pulse valves, spray pipe components, and manual plug valves.
4. The dust removal bag adopts the standard specification of φ 133X2500mm, and the material is made of Flumes needle punched felt.
5. The electric furnace bag dust removal equipment adopts an external filter type. The dust removal bag of the bag filter is connected to the flower plate through a spring expansion ring, forming a separation between clean air and dusty gas.
6. During dust cleaning, the control pulse controller sends a pulse signal to the electromagnetic pulse valve, which sprays compressed air through the spray pipe to radially deform the dust bag and shake off the dust.
