The design, material, processing technology, surface treatment, inspection, packaging, and transportation of the filter bag frame (φ 130 × 6600mm) shall be carried out in accordance with industry standards. _It has good elasticity, strength, rigidity, and accuracy, with a smooth and burr free surface, which is conducive to improving the service life of the filter bag, with a service life of 20000 hours.
The skeleton of the 3 bag filter and the cage bone are made of treated carbon steel. The material of the bag cage is # 20 steel. The bag cage design is lightweight and sturdy, with evenly distributed longitudinal bars and anti support rings. It uses 10 to Ø 4mm carbon steel longitudinal bar lines, and the spacing between the anti support surrounding bar lines is 200mm.
If the cage bone of the 4-bag filter is designed in sections. The bag cage connection adopts a simple internal locking device that does not require special tools. The upper part of the bag cage will be connected to a 1.2mm thick carbon steel ring, and no tools are required to lock the bag opening of the filter bag onto the flower plate hole. Even if maintenance personnel walk on the flower board surface, it will not cause damage.
The cage bones of the 5-bag filter are made using an automatic assembly line, with sturdy welding points and no burrs. The cage bones are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. There is no scratch on the filter bag at the connection between the flower board and the bag cage. The bag cage is easy to disassemble and has sufficient strength to prevent welding detachment. After the bag cage and filter bag are assembled, they are hung evenly on the flower board.
The longitudinal bars and back support rings of the 6-bag filter cage have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag during filtration and dust cleaning. After running under negative pressure of 3000Pa for 1 hour, the plastic deformation is less than 3mm, and there is no detachment of the welding points. It can prevent damage and deformation caused by collisions and impacts during normal transportation and installation.
The installation of the 7-bag filter cage does not require special tools, and the concentricity should not be lower than the specifications and standards.
The skeleton of the 8-bag dust collector and the surface anti-corrosion treatment of the bag cage are treated with organic silicon surface spraying, with a coating thickness not exceeding 50 μ m.
