The bag filter in the metallurgical industry is designed by Hebei Zhonghe Environmental Protection according to the customer's requirements until they are satisfied The metallurgical industry integrates the concepts of clean production and environmental protection throughout the entire production process. The normal operation of other environmental protection equipment such as bag filters will fundamentally eliminate the root causes of pollution
There are various types of dust removal equipment, why does the metallurgical industry choose bag filters for dust removal?
Due to the presence of industrial dust, toxic gases, as well as acids, bases, and oil mist in the exhaust gas generated in the metallurgical industry, it is more suitable to use a bag filter based on the characteristics of its smoke and dust.

Maintenance requirements for bag filters in the metallurgical industry:
1. Establish a maintenance and management duty system, and the duty personnel should record the operation status. Regularly check whether the electronic dust cleaning device is operating normally, and adjust the dust cleaning time if necessary to improve the dust cleaning efficiency.
2. Regularly check whether the compressed air system is operating normally, whether the air source pressure is stable, and whether it meets the requirements (0.3-0.4 kg).
3. Observe the emission concentration of smoke and dust at any time. If dust is found, check the damage of the filter cartridge and the sealing of the filter chamber in a timely manner, block the air leakage pores, and replace the filter cartridge.
4. Before shutting down the filter cartridge dust collector, the filter cartridge should be cleaned once to remove any accumulated dust.
Working principle of bag filter in metallurgical industryThe dusty gas enters through the air inlet, and under the action of the baffle, the airflow flows upward. Large particles of dust are separated by inertia and gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas enters the filtering area of the box, and some of the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag, while others are filtered by the dust removal bag and discharged from the rear outlet of the dust collector. As the filtering time prolongs, the dust layer on the bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. During dust cleaning, the pulse control device or PLC controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag sprays a high-pressure jet into the bag through the small hole on the spray pipe, forming an induced airflow equivalent to several times the volume of the jet and entering the bag together. The bag instantly expands, causing the dust attached to the surface of the bag to fall into the ash hopper, thus achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
The application of bag filters in the metallurgical industry not only protects the environment, but also benefits the recycling and utilization of resources, thereby improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
