Application scope of sludge filter press:
SSDYL belt filter press is widely used in the dewatering of printing and dyeing sludge, electroplating sludge, urban living sludge, papermaking wastewater treatment, leather sludge, wine residue dewatering, food residue dewatering, coal washing sludge dewatering, petrochemical sludge dewatering, chemical sludge dewatering, ceramic raw material dewatering, cement plant sludge, mining sludge dewatering, steel plant sludge, electronic wastewater, circuit board plant, pineapple residue dewatering, textile activated sludge and other industries for sewage and sludge treatment.
Advantages of sludge filter press equipment:
1. Directly concentrating and dehydrating sludge can eliminate the need for static pre concentration tanks and corresponding mixing and scraping equipment, saving floor space.
2. Only one flocculant dosing system, one control panel, and one feed pump are needed to reduce costs and facilitate operation.

Excellent anti-corrosion performance:
The parts that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel, and the frame is made of stainless steel or A3 standard steel hot-dip galvanized (hot-dip galvanizing is not hot-dip spraying) (the thickness of the inner and outer zinc layers is not less than 80 μ m) for anti-corrosion treatment, so as to achieve rust free parts of the whole machine and ensure that there is no rust within five years.
Special Design:
This machine adopts cone roller dewatering technology in the transition dewatering zone, which can effectively solve the problem of sludge running from both sides of the filter belt when the sludge volume is large. Therefore, it can greatly improve the sludge processing capacity.
Advanced filter flushing technology:
The mesh belt flushing system adopts a specially designed filter screen sludge remover, which can greatly reduce the amount of cleaning water used. The correction of this machine adopts a pneumatic valve connected to the cylinder for nearby control, with fast response.
