YGKFB-10KV 3×35+3×16/3Bucket wheel flat cableIt is a drum power cable designed for heavy-duty mobile equipment such as bucket wheel machines. It adopts a flat structure, has a rated voltage of 10KV, and is equipped with 3 35mm ² power cores and 3 16mm ² ground/control cores. This product is processed through special techniques, combining high voltage transmission with mechanical flexibility, and is suitable for harsh working environments such as ports and coal mines

Conductor system

The conductor is made of ultra-fine tinned copper wire twisted together (compliant withVDE0295 Class 5 standard), single wire diameter ≤ 0.2mm, ensuring high flexibility and conductivity.

The conductor shielding layer is made of semiconducting material, which effectively and uniformly distributes the electric field.

Insulation and Protection

Main insulation: imported silicone rubber material (thickness)≥3.4mm）， Temperature resistance range -35 ℃~+90 ℃, local discharge capacity ≤ 10pC.

Sheath: Black wear-resistant rubber mixture (thickness)≥4.5mm）， Contains anti UV additives, with a wear resistance of over 500000 times.

Mechanical strengthening

Kevlar fiber tensile layer, tensile strength≥15kN， Dynamic bending life ≥ 30000 times (simulating bucket wheel machine operating conditions).

Bending radius optimization: fixed installation5 × D, mobile installation 10 × D (D is the outer diameter of the cable).
