The C4-73 centrifugal fan is a specialized equipment for discharging gases containing dust, wood debris, fine fibers, etc. It can also be used for general ventilation. When discharging hard particles, a dust removal device must be added in front of the fan inlet.

The structural form of the fan

The C4-73 centrifugal fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a frame transmission part, and a motor. The impeller section consists of 12 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. The blades, front plate, and rear plate are all made of 16 manganese plate. The entire impeller diameter undergoes dynamic and static balance correction, with good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation. The casing is made as a whole, and the installation and removal of the impeller are carried out on one side of the casing. The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axis has a curved shape, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss. The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearings, and pulley. The fan can be made in two forms: right rotation and left rotation. Looking from one end of the pulley, when the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right rotating fan, represented by "right". Rotating counterclockwise is called a left rotating fan, represented by "left".
