The CCHG1000 direct reading dust concentration measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as the measuring instrument) is an instrument used to determine the concentration of airborne dust in the ambient air based on the principle of infrared light absorption. This instrument is designed as an explosion-proof dust concentration measuring instrument based on MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments", Q/320851FYK002 "CCHG1000 Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measuring Instrument" enterprise standard, MT394 Sampling Efficiency Measurement Method for Respiratory Dust Measuring Instrument, GB/T20964 Dust Sampler and GB3836.4-2000 standard ExibI and other (intrinsic safety) explosion-proof design dust concentration measuring instruments. The separation efficiency of the respiratory separation device of this instrument meets the requirements of the "BMRC" curve, which can accurately and timely reflect the respiratory dust and total dust mass inhaled by dust receiving personnel, the pollution status of dust in different dust workplaces, and provide reliable data for accurately evaluating the hygiene status of workplaces. This instrument is suitable for underground coal mines. And other workplaces containing explosive gases.
