1、 Product Overview

The CCHZ-1000 fully automatic dust analyzer is designed and manufactured according to MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measurement Instruments". It is an instrument used to measure the concentration of dust in ambient air and is suitable for rapid detection of coal dust and other dust in industrial and mining enterprises.

This instrument adopts central processing unit technology, which processes various collected data quickly, has strong anti-interference ability, improves the accuracy of the instrument, and can store 50 test records in chronological order. The instrument consists of a Chinese display screen, high-performance vacuum pump, dust concentration detection circuit, undervoltage protection display, safety power supply, etc. The instrument is equipped with a dust collector that can collect respiratory dust concentration, and its separation efficiency meets the "BMRC" curve standard. The instrument can adopt automatic sampling or timed sampling methods. To adapt to different testing standards. This instrument adopts a safety explosion-proof structure such as Exibl (150 ℃), which is particularly suitable for use in coal mines and other workplaces containing explosive gases.
