Structure and Working Principle
The CF-II type chain plate rotary grid cleaning machine adopts a chain plate rotary type, consisting of a toothed rake plate and a fixed grid bar to form a water passing grid surface. When sewage flows through, debris larger than the grid gap is intercepted. The rake teeth of the toothed rake plate penetrate into the gap of the grid bar. When the driving device drives the traction chain to rotate, the rake teeth bring the debris trapped on the grid surface from bottom to top to the slag outlet. When the rake teeth turn from top to bottom, the debris falls off by gravity and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck from the discharge port, and then is transported or further processed.
