The oil suction filter has a manual self sealing valve. When replacing the filter element, the self sealing valve should be closed to prevent a large amount of oil from flowing out of the tank. When installing, the filter should be submerged below the oil level. If the self sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the pump, otherwise it will cause the pump to empty. At the same time, there is also a filter element pollution blockage transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal. The filter element should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner to avoid pump suction and other faults.

When installing the CFF oil suction filter, users must ensure that the magnetic filter is submerged below the oil level. If the self sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the pump, otherwise it may cause the pump to empty.

The hydraulic oil filter element matched with the CFF filter adopts high-quality fiberglass, and the oil filtering effect can reach the filtering effect of high-quality filters such as Pall Pall filter element and HYDAC Hedec filter element.
