The superheated water CIP and SIP systems can form a new fully enclosed production operation mode with the production system, which has many advantages such as good self-cleaning ability, strong anti pollution ability, integrated cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization media, and low equipment and pipeline investment. For example, when a set of superheated water CIP and SIP systems supports a complete drug production system, individual devices in the system can be gradually cleaned and sterilized through computer programming according to the production process arrangement.
