The CKH/CKHJ series CNC heavy-duty lathe is a CNC lathe with semi closed loop control function developed by our company according to market demand. This series of machine tools can process various shaft and disc parts, and can turn various threads, arcs, cones, and inner and outer curved surfaces of rotating bodies, meeting the speed requirements for high-speed cutting of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. The stiffness of key components such as the bed, spindle, and tailstock is reasonably matched in the design, greatly improving the rigidity of the entire machine and ensuring stability during heavy cutting.
The CKH series CNC lathe adopts a hydraulic four speed spindle with stepless speed regulation within each gear. The CKHJ series spindle adopts manual transmission. The feed system adopts AC servo motors. This machine tool is easy to program and operate, making it an ideal large-scale machining equipment.
