1、 Structural characteristics
The CQ series magnetic drive pump is a high-tech product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to centrifugal pumps. It has a reasonable design, advanced technology, fully sealed, leak free, and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
1. The magnetic transmission device adopts a unique dense magnetic focusing push-pull magnetic circuit coupling structure, which has small volume, low torque, low eddy current, and good reliability (no possibility of slipping).
2. Low noise and no vibration. The power transmission system of the magnetic pump is equipped with a rigid connection, and the pump shaft and motor shaft are coupled by magnetic force, which is a non-contact flexible connection. Adopting sliding bearings for support, it has extremely high concentricity and perpendicularity. When the pump is running, except for the vibration and noise of the motor itself, there is basically no pump.
3. Featuring a unique axial force balancing system. Due to the unique axial force balance system, there is almost no mechanical friction between the end faces of thrust bearings and sliding bearings during operation, resulting in low natural wear rate, low failure rate, and long maintenance cycle.
4. This series of pumps replaces dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the pump chamber in a completely sealed state, eliminating shaft seals, and using magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, completely eliminating the troubles of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking", without pollution.
2、 Material and purpose of pump flow components
According to the different properties of the conveying medium, various grades of metal materials (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 304L, Ti, etc.) and steel lining F46 can be selected.
