1、 Product Overview
CQBMagnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use a magnetic coupling to transmit power without any leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage at all.

CQBThe series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s.

CQBThe type and basic parameters of the series of magnetic pumps comply with the JB/T 7742-1995 "Types and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pumps" standard and the "Supplementary Provisions for Three Standards of Small Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pumps".

2、 Product Usage
CQBThe series of magnetic pumps are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. They are ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/S.

fiveInstallation and debugging

(1) Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.

(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a foot valve.

(3) Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly without any jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.

(4) Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.

(5) After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. Once the pump enters normal operation, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.

(6) Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the power should be cut off.

6、 Precautions

(1) Due to the fact that the cooling and sliding of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely prohibited to operate them in an empty manner, while also avoiding the spatiotemporal transport caused by power outages and subsequent layering during operation.

(2) If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

(3) The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

(4) The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see Appendix B for the use temperature of engineering plastic pumps<60 ℃, the use temperature of metal pumps<100 ℃, the suction pressure of the conveying system should not exceed 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure should be 1.6MPa, the density should not exceed 1600Kg/m ², and the viscosity should not exceed 30x10-6 ㎡/S for liquids without hard particles and fibers.

(5) For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.

(6) After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
