Product Introduction

The horizontal lathe series is mainly suitable for turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotating parts. It can process various metric, imperial, modular, and radial threads, and can also pull oil grooves and keyways. This series of lathes mainly has the following characteristics:
1.The side wall of the bed adopts double rib plates, and the inner rib shape adopts a box type combination structure. The machine tool is higher than that of a general lathe, with stable accuracy and the ability to perform strong cutting.
2.The slide board is equipped with a fast moving structure and can be operated visually with a single handle.
3.The saddle guide rail adopts a bonded structure“TSF”Soft belt wear-resistant material.
4.According to user needs, the small knife holder can be equipped with automatic tool feeding. The upper knife holder can be used to independently excite and turn conical surfaces, and the upper knife holder can also be used in conjunction with longitudinal feed to turn long conical surfaces.
