Overview

The CY1-17 pressure transmitter consists of a measuring diaphragm and electrodes on both sides of the insulating film, each forming a capacitor. When the pressure on both sides is not consistent, it causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm, which is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is unequal. Through oscillation and demodulation, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure. Diffuse silicon pressure transmitters have the characteristics of reliable operation, stable performance, easy installation and use, small size, light weight, and high cost-effectiveness, and can be widely used in various positive and negative pressure measurements. Can be used in conjunction with various types of dynamic coil indicators, digital pressure gauges, electronic potentiometers, and can also be used with smart sensors

CY1-17 pressure transmitterThe two pressures of the measured medium are introduced into the high and low pressure chambers, and the pressure in the low pressure chamber is either atmospheric pressure or vacuum, acting on the isolation membranes on both sides of the δ element (i.e. the sensitive element), which are then transferred to both sides of the measuring membrane through the Fresnel isolation membrane and the filling liquid inside the element.
