FJ41Y throttling globe valve is a high-performance valve that integrates throttling, shut-off, and venting functions. It is a new generation product developed on the basis of absorbing globe valve and throttling valve technology. This valve adopts a cage shaped labyrinth throttling structure with multi-stage throttling effect, and is widely used in pipeline systems of industries such as petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas, refining, airports, chemical industry, oil and gas storage and transportation, as a closed-circuit device.
Main Features
1. Double sealed structureThe valve adopts a dual seal of hard alloy and soft seal, making the seal reliable. The hard alloy cover is more resistant to gas flow erosion and wear. The dual seal can achieve zero leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions, and the valve has a long service life.
2. Multi stage throttling effectAdopting a cage shaped labyrinth throttling structure, it has multi-stage throttling effect, significant throttling effect, large throttling pressure difference, and can be applied to throttling and cutoff under high pressure. The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of the seal by the airflow.
3. Balance hole designThe valve disc is equipped with a balance hole and adopts a piston type seal, ensuring stable operation under full pressure difference conditions for opening/closing. It is easy and flexible to open, with small opening and closing torque.
4. Conical sealing surfaceThe sealing surface of the valve seat adopts a tapered seal, which is beneficial for the valve to clean the dirt attached to the sealing surface. At the same time, the sealing surface of the valve disc is tapered, which can blow away the dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat and protect the sealing surface.
5. Optimization of packing structureThe packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self sealing ability, which does not require adjustment and is extremely lightweight to open and close. There is an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure at the packing box, which ensures reliable sealing performance of the valve packing.
6. Online repair functionValves can be repaired online, and pipelines can replace vulnerable parts such as packing under pressure, making maintenance convenient.
7. Pollutant discharge functionA large drain hole is set at the bottom of the valve, which can be opened to clean the dirt inside the valve when necessary. The outer circle of the drain valve disc is equipped with an O-ring seal, which has self-cleaning and sealing functions when opening/closing, and throttling and pressure reducing functions when discharging.

working principle
The FJ41Y throttling globe valve adopts a dual quality sealing (hard and soft sealing) structure, separating throttling and sealing, greatly improving the sealing and erosion resistance of the valve. The throttling position is located on the throttling channel formed by the circumferential opening (porous throttling small hole) of the guide cylinder and the plunger valve core. When the valve is slightly opened, the valve core leaves the soft and hard seal of the valve seat, and the circumferential throttling small hole of the valve core sleeve forms a throttling channel with the end of the plunger shaped valve core. The fluid enters the outlet end of the valve after throttling at this location. By using circumferential throttling small holes, the internal evaporation of downstream fluid can be reduced and noise can be lowered, reducing the erosion of the valve core by the fluid during venting and improving the service life of the valve.
