When the outlet pressure increases, the diaphragm pushes the valve core to close and reduce the flow rate; When the pressure drops, the spring resets and opens the valve to replenish gas, and the entire process is continuous, automatic, and without delay.

Excellent sealing performanceThe main valve core and guide valve core are sealed with rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal, which has good sealing performance and can reduce dynamic and static pressure. The valve body, valve cover, and bottom cover are made of WCB cast steel material, while the valve seat and disc are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

working principle
When the outlet pressure exceeds the set pressure, the diaphragm compression regulating spring is pushed, and the pilot valve gradually closes. The medium flowing into the upper part of the piston decreases, and the piston rises, causing the main valve disc to gradually close under the action of the main valve spring. The medium flowing from chamber A to chamber B decreases, and the pressure behind the valve decreases. The slight changes in pressure behind the valve affect the balance between the diaphragm and the regulating spring, causing the diaphragm to move up and down, pushing the pilot valve and piston to work, and controlling the flow of the medium by moving the main valve up and down, thereby maintaining stable pressure behind the valve.
